Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers.

Offer and Contract Conclusion

The product display in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the
order button, you submit a binding order.

Prices and Shipping

Prices do not include VAT (according to Swiss small business regulation). Shipping costs are shown
separately.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding.

Payment

The following payment methods are available: Credit card, PayPal, TWINT, advance payment.

Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

Customers are entitled to a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt of the goods. Returns are only permitted if the product does not meet expectations after proper installation and testing. A refund will be issued solely upon timely return of the goods in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, incomplete, or received after the 30-day period are expressly excluded from reimbursement. All return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. Import duties, customs fees, taxes, or any other additional charges are strictly non-refundable and do not constitute a valid reason for return.

For returns made for any other reason, a handling fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Warranty

Legal warranty provisions apply. We accept no liability for improper installation or use.

Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

Disclaimer

The use of the AAC module (Adaptive Assistance Control) is at the user's own risk.

The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect application, or modification of the product.

The module does not interfere with safety-relevant systems. It does not replace any safety-critical function and is not intended for use in safety-related applications.
