Do I need to open the app every time I drive?
No. Once the module is configured, your settings are stored inside the module. The app is only needed when you want to change the settings again.
Is AAC just an app, or is it hardware?
AAC is an electronic module which you can install in your Toyota using the vehicle-specific adapter-cable. The app is used to configure the module, unlock features and install updates.
Can the AAC module work automatically after every start?
Yes, with AutoPreset™ your settings are applied automatically after every vehicle start.
Does my Toyota need coding or programming?
No it does not require coding, programming or permanent software changes.
The module works through a vehicle-specific adapter and can be removed anytime if needed.
What happens if I remove the module?
Your Toyota returns to its original behavior. Since the AAC module does not permanently modify the vehicle software, removing the module restores the factory setup.
